Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. has been helping every aspiring Filipino achieve the dream of owning a home. With a strong foundation backed by an equally strong mother company Megaworld Corporation, Empire East has proven its excellence in the conceptualization and construction of high quality residential developments.

Since 1994, the company has projected trends in each development aiming to enrich lifestyles. Empire East first introduced the concept of township developments via its first project in Sta. Rosa City Laguna, the Laguna Bel-Air. A 4-phased horizontal development equipped with modern conveniences such as retail hubs, a church a school and business districts.

In 2002, Empire East set a new trend of loft type units, or living spaces that maximize the area by creating a second level, during the launch of its Cambridge Village in Pasig City. Residents enjoy coming home to a condominium unit, which has this concept, adding a more homelike feel to it.
Today, Empire East has not stopped surprising us with groundbreaking ideas for newer and fresher developments. A great model of this is their creation of Transit- Oriented Developments (TODs) that bring city homes closer to where the mass transportation systems are. Some examples are the Pioneer Woodlands in Mandaluyong City which is directly connected to the Boni station of MRT3.  Another is San Lorenzo Place which was bridged to Magallanes station of the same transit.

Through the years, Empire East has successfully transitioned from TODs to luxury urban resort developments. Just recently, the company opened its Kasara Urban Resort Residences located in Pasig City which offers wide array of water amenities like pools, ponds, waterfalls and fountains. Another Empire East development in the same Pasig vicinity is The Rochester which similarly offers a complete and refreshing amenity feature that includes a pool, basketball court, mini bar and wide function rooms.

As the company traverses through the years, times will continuously evolve. The demand for unique and high quality living spaces will surely rise, Empire East has introduced some of its newest projects in the making in the areas of Manila, Quezon City, San Juan City and Pasig City.

AMONG THOSE COMPLETED PROJECTS:

Empire East’s first township development concept was introduced through the creation of LAGUNA BELAIR . It was also when the company formed its in-house sales teams and brokers network, which grew progressively to over a thousand salespeople and four hundred accredited brokers today.

Empire East’s first cluster type of development is built, giving its dwellers a sense of community living! This is through the SAN FRANCISCO GARDEN located in Mandaluyong City.

Empire East is the first to introduce loft type units through GREENHILLS GARDEN SQUARE! This type of layout gives its residents a unique way to maximize space and privacy. It was also the year XAVIER HILLS was launched along with flexible payment schemes and a ZERO% down payment option. It has 'changed the game' in the industry since.

In 2001, CAMBRIDGE VILLAGE was launched. The company extended its reach to clients by building Empire East mall showrooms.

Empire East presented its first Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) concept through the rise of PIONEER WOODLANDS ! Residents can now enjoy a hassle free travel around the Metro through the convenience of a physical connection between Pioneer Woodlands and MRT-2 Boni Avenue Station. The LITTLE BAGUIO TERRACES  was also launched the same year, which is in between two LRT2 stations Gilmore and J. Ruiz.

EMPIRE EAST strengthened its Transit-oriented development game by introducing SAN LORENZO PLACE which is directly connected to MRT3  Magallanes Station.

Empire East launched KASARA Urban Resort Residences a luxurious resort inspired home . It is a development teeming with relaxing water amenities and scenic greenery for its homeowners to enjoy! It has a unique lake-pool with a waterfall feature that everyone talking about at its captivating paradise.
